June 2020: We are excited to announce that the Jadavji Laboratory was award an intramural grant from the Midwestern Alzheimer’s Advisory Committee (MAAC) and Arizona Alzheimer’s Consortium (AAC) to conduct some aging research! We are very excited to start this research project!
May 2020: Calli Bennett, BSc. was awarded the Kenneth A. Suarez Fellowship.
Forrest Bethel, MSc was also awarded a Kenneth A. Suarez Fellowship (FWS designation). Both will complete research projects in the Jadavji Lab this summer!
December 2019: Jadavji Lab celebration! We got our first grant 6 months after opening! So excited to start doing the research!
May 4th 2020: We published a summary of our research on Atlas of Science website. Thanks to the help of Neha Kwarta, a dental student working in the lab. Our work can be read via this link,

December 2019: Lab Holiday Lunch at Cafe Rumba! Happy Holidays!
Nafisa spent the first week of December 2019 collecting data with collaborators at the Downers Grove Midwestern University campus. After a long week of collecting data, we celebrated with a delicious lunch!
November 1 to 2nd 2019: Nafisa attended the AZ Physiological Society meeting this week. First time attending a scientific meeting as a #NewPI. Great mentee presentations! Also presented some of our new published data.
